My practice weaves together Internal Family Systems therapy and somatic approaches to support emotional and embodied integration. Through compassionate inquiry, and embodied awareness, I create space for all parts of you to heal - including the ones that feel anxious, stuck, shame, grief, burned out, self-critical, disconnected from your body and emotions or struggling with relational or life challenges to move toward ease, clarity, openness, and self-connection. Whatever has brought you here, there is space for you.

I reserve some sessions for non-profit organizations. If that applies to you, feel free to reach out here for more information. I also offer a sliding scale for those who need it.

What You Can Expect

Our sessions move at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to where you are. Together, we follow the natural rhythm of your system, never forcing change, but allowing it to unfold as your body and mind are ready. Our work together is collaborative and creative, offering space to explore who you are with care.

This process is not only about managing symptoms or learning coping strategies. It’s about gently transforming the way you relate to yourself and the world around you so you can live with greater clarity, freedom, and self-trust. With care, we explore the layers beneath the surface — the trauma, patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that have helped you survive. When these inner experiences are met with curiosity, compassion, and support, deep and sustainable healing becomes possible.

As your sense of safety and capacity grows, emotions that were once overwhelming can move through more easily, and the parts of you that have been hidden or silenced begin to re-emerge, often carrying your creativity, vitality, and wisdom.

Our work together is to help you move from merely coping to truly understanding and creating a life that fosters harmony in your mind and body so that you can return to yourself with confidence, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of possibility.
